These Terms of Use apply personally to the User and govern their use of the platform and the website https://www.theweddingsuite.luxury/.

Purpose
These General Conditions of Use govern the access and use of the Site, which is aimed at users, both private individuals and professional operators, who are interested in organizing a wedding.
To this end, The Wedding Suite operates to connect users interested in organizing their weddings with service providers related to the organization of the event.
The web service provider is exempt from any errors and technical or IT complications that may make it difficult to access the web functionalities.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By using the website and the platform, the user expressly declares that they have reviewed and accepted these legal conditions. By publishing their content, either in their showcase or on the Portal blog, they expressly declare that they freely and gratuitously assign to The Wedding Suite all intellectual property rights to the content, including the rights of reproduction, transformation, and public dissemination worldwide and for the entire duration of the legal protection of the content. The Wedding Suite is entitled to use and disseminate the Content published by Users on the Site, including the dissemination of such content on any media, both printed and otherwise, on the website managed by the operator and provider or on the social networks on which it is present. Users expressly authorize the website operator and provider to use and disseminate such Content.
Modification of Terms and Conditions of Use
The operator and provider reserve the right to revise the Terms and Conditions of these General Conditions at any time. Any modification will be binding and effective immediately after the publication of the modified general conditions on the website. User Obligations
The User is responsible for the content they publish and declares to be the legitimate owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights.

The images depicted, except as provided in detail by Article 8 of these conditions, result in the sole responsibility of the subject requesting their publication. The operator and provider of the website reserve the right to conduct a summary and preliminary review of the images published, without incurring any form or type of responsibility. The user is therefore aware and accepts to indemnify the operator and provider of the Portal from any claim, compensation request, dispute, and/or third-party claim.
When publishing content on the website, the User expressly authorizes The Wedding Suite to use and disseminate said content on any website managed and on social networks on which it is present.
Regarding images depicting minors, the user is well aware of the need to obtain, being solely responsible, the authorizations and consents required by law. When requesting the publication of images depicting minors, they take full responsibility for the content. The user, therefore, declares expressly and without reservation that they have obtained the necessary consent from the parent or legal guardian for the publication of the content; that the images were not acquired in violation of the rights and dignity of the minor; that the said images in no way harm or prejudice the freedom, dignity, honor, reputation, and rights of the minor.
Any violation of the rules on the protection of minors’ freedom and rights will result in the immediate removal of the content, with the reservation of applying the consequences provided for in Article 8. The removal will also be carried out in the case of images that offend the honor, decorum, and dignity of the minor, regardless of the acquisition of consent according to the law by the User.
The user agrees not to publish material or make contributions that are deemed inappropriate. In particular, none of the user’s contributions may contain:
- Profanity
- Pornography
- Violent language
- Harassment, intimidation, or bullying of an individual or group of individuals
- Content aimed at exploiting others
- Reproduction or endorsement of violence, racism, discrimination
- Material that violates applicable laws and/or the rights of others (e.g., trademarks, copyright, unfair competition laws, etc.)
- Advertising for products other than those of The Wedding Suite
Usage Restrictions
The operator reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, and block access to the platform and website at any time and without notice to any user who violates these legal conditions, the terms of use, and/or other agreements made with the website provider and operator. They also reserve the right to prevent the publication of content that is, at their discretion, likely to prejudice the quality of the service. It is forbidden to publish content:
- That is illegal or violates good faith and public decency
- That violates the laws on personal freedom, incites racial, sexual, or any other form of hate and violence, or promotes political symbolism and/or associations banned according to the Law and public decency
- That contravenes the principles of legality, honor, responsibility, protection of human dignity, protection of minors, and protection of public order
Illegal or Prohibited Uses
The website cannot be used to convey, disseminate, and/or spread hate messages, illegal content, or content contrary to the website’s purposes. In case of such a violation, without prejudice to the application of Article 8 of these Conditions, the website operator and provider reserve the right to protect their image in all competent venues.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
The operator and provider of the Portal are in no way responsible for what is published by the Users of the platform or website. The Wedding Suite is not required to verify the identity of Users or the truthfulness, validity, completeness, and/or authenticity of the personal data provided by Users, who undertake to provide truthful, updated, and accurate data.
The Wedding Suite, despite its commitment to protecting consumers and operators, is not required to monitor how the platform is used by Users and, therefore, is not obliged to ensure that Users use these services in accordance with these General Conditions, nor that they make diligent and/or prudent use of them.

Applicable General Principles
These General Conditions of Use of the Portal, as well as the remaining conditions, are governed by Italian law.
If one or more terms of these Conditions are found to be illegal, void, invalid, or unenforceable by a Court or regulatory body, the other provisions will continue to be valid.
For any disputes to be resolved or legal actions to be taken arising from the provision of services and the Content of the Site, as well as regarding the interpretation, application, fulfillment, or non-fulfillment of the provisions contained in these Legal Conditions, the Parties choose the Jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
